Spinach Salad with sweet and sour dressing
Dressing
1/2C olive oil
1/4C powdered
sugar
2 Tbsp. apple
cider vinegar
1-1/2 tsp. lemon
juice
¾ tsp. dry mustard
¾ tsp. paprika
¼ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. ground
ginger
two bags baby
spinach
1/4C golden
raisins
2 Tbsp. toasted
sesame seeds
1 jar grilled
artichoke hearts, sliced
8 oz. mushrooms,
thinly sliced
4 slices thick
sliced bacon, cooked, crumbled
1/4C toasted
pecans
Whisk dressing
ingredients together and set aside.
Place spinach leaves in a large bowl.
Add the remaining ingredients and toss to combine. Add dressing to coat.
